How to reset Newslave Balance Import

Problem:
Newslave Balance Import 4 Routine is stating it has already been run, and cannot be run again.
Solution:
When the balance import 4 routine has been run once (even if not completed). A file called openingbalances.txt is created in the same directory (eg: C:/Program Files/NS4W/Openingbalances.txt).
This file needs to be deleted before the program can be run again.
